Mad, bad and too good not to be employed.
THE state transport minister has announced a change in legislation after the Herald Sun revealed an insane killer was driving a taxi.
A furious Lynne Kosky has slammed a loophole that allowed the killer to drive a cab because his acquittal was based on an insanity plea."
“If this man was found guilty he would not be allowed to drive a cab, whether he had been rehabilitated or not,” Ms Kosky told 3AW radio."
“If he had been found guilty of manslaughter he wouldn’t be able to drive a cab whether he had been rehabilitated or not."
“Because he was found not guilty by reason of mental insanity he’s actually allowed."
Ms (no relation) Kosky, in response to probign questionign form ABC wrok experience investigative reporter Declan Voldemort, said that whilst she was appalled that the insane killer was driving a taxi, she had nothing but praise for the sick anti social homicidal maniac's sterling work focussed on the implementation of the 2089 Myki ticketing cistern.
